Hamline Avenue from County Road C to Snelling Ave is Roseville's biggest 2026 project. Phase 1 started June 22 and runs through October 29, with Phase 2 following in spring 2027. The scope includes full pavement rehab, a new pathway the full length, and a new water main from Josephine Road to Glenhill Road. Hamline is currently closed to through traffic between County Road C and Lydia Avenue. Businesses stay open via Snelling or Lexington detours. Roseville also approved a $20 million bond package (Series 2026A) to fund the 2026 street reconstruction, police department expansion, and city hall remodel. MnDOT is closing lanes on Snelling Avenue for a three-week storm-sewer drainage installation as part of the Roseville-Arden Hills corridor project.
