The Apple Valley Additions Street and Utility Improvement Phase 2 project is replacing roughly 3,700 linear feet of sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer, paired with full street reconstruction (City of Apple Valley). Dakota County is running two nearby intersection projects: reconstruction at Pilot Knob Road (CR 31) and Upper 147th Street West started May 18, and a signal replacement at 150th Street West (CR 42) and Garrett Avenue/Pilot Knob Road began mid-July, both continuing through September (Limitless Media News).
